Oppo has officially raised the bar in the smartphone market with the global launch of its highly anticipated Oppo Reno 15 series in Taiwan. The lineup consists of three powerhouse devices: the Reno 15 Pro Max, the Reno 15 Pro, and the standard Reno 15.
Packed with cutting-edge hardware, this series introduces the latest ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 and boasts a rugged IP69 rating for maximum protection against dust and high-pressure water—a feature usually reserved for ultra-premium devices.
Oppo has optimized the performance of this series by utilizing two different high-performance chipsets. The premium Reno 15 Pro Max and Reno 15 Pro are driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC, offering flagship-level speed and efficiency.
On the other hand, the standard Oppo Reno 15 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. All three models come with 12GB of RAM, ensuring seamless multitasking and a lag-free gaming experience.
The standout feature of the Pro models is undoubtedly the camera system. The Reno 15 Pro Max and Pro versions feature a massive 200-megapixel primary sensor equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
Key Camera Specifications:
The standard Reno 15 maintains high standards with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor.
The Reno 15 series provides a top-tier visual experience with 120Hz AMOLED panels. While the Pro Max features a 6.78-inch screen, the Pro and standard models offer 6.32-inch and 6.59-inch displays, respectively.
Battery life is another major highlight. The 6,500mAh battery in the Pro Max and standard models ensures the phone lasts through heavy usage. All devices support 80W wired fast charging, and the Pro Max adds the convenience of 50W wireless charging.
The series is available in premium finishes including Twilight Gold, Desert Brown, Aurora Blue, and Sky Blue.
