Oppo is reportedly gearing up to launch its next F-series smartphones in India next month. According to tipster leaks, the Oppo F31 and Oppo F31 Pro are expected to be introduced between September 12 and September 14. This series will succeed the F29 lineup, which made its debut earlier in March this year.

The upcoming family is said to consist of three models — Oppo F31, Oppo F31 Pro, and a higher-end Oppo F31 Pro+.

Key Specifications Leaked

The Oppo F31 series is shaping up to be focused on battery and charging performance, with both the base and Pro models tipped to carry massive 7,000mAh batteries. They are also expected to support 80W wired fast charging, making them among the most power-packed devices in their category.

Design & Durability Upgrades

Reports suggest that while the F31 series will not bring major camera or chipset improvements over the F29 models, users can expect enhanced durability features. The devices are rumored to feature a 360-degree Armour Body with reinforced corners and impact-absorbing airbags to reduce damage from accidental drops.

The construction may also include an aluminium alloy motherboard cover with diamond-cut edges for improved toughness — an engineering upgrade over the F29’s design.

Network Performance Boosts Expected

Apart from hardware protection, Oppo may also push better network connectivity performance with the new lineup. Though details are still under wraps, improvements similar to the Hunter Antenna layout of the F29 series are expected. That system helped improve signal strength by up to 300% and allowed smooth switching between networks to avoid call or data drops.

Looking Ahead

With the focus on long battery life, fast charging, and stronger build quality, Oppo seems to be positioning the F31 series as reliable all-rounders for the mid-range smartphone market. More detailed official specifications and pricing are expected as the reported September launch window draws closer.
