Oppo has officially revealed key camera details of its upcoming flagship, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, ahead of its anticipated launch. The device is set to debut simultaneously in China and global markets, marking a significant step for the brand’s premium lineup. Alongside the official confirmation, a regulatory listing has surfaced online, shedding light on additional specifications and features of the handset.
Camera System Gets Major Upgrades
Oppo is heavily focusing on imaging capabilities with the Find X9 Ultra. The smartphone will feature a Hasselblad-branded 200-megapixel primary camera designed to deliver superior light capture, reportedly comparable to a one-inch sensor. The company claims noticeable improvements over its predecessor, including enhanced light intake.
The camera setup is expected to include:

The device will also include a physical “Quick” button, positioned at the lower edge, likely providing fast access to camera functions or custom shortcuts.

According to leaks, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra may feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with high resolution and support for up to a 144Hz refresh rate. It is also tipped to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for secure authentication.
Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for top-tier performance.
The device could pack a massive 7,050mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, ensuring long-lasting usage and fast recharging capabilities. It is likely to run on Android 16-based ColorOS 16 out of the box.
